We’ll begin with a 30-minute, all-levels yoga sequence to soften the body and prepare you to receive.

From there, settle into a tranquil, extended sound journey. Two sets of singing bowls will be played at opposite ends of the studio, with vaulted ceilings enhancing a fully immersive surround sound experience. As Roxanne plays the Tibetan singing bowls, Tiffany will move through the space offering Reiki to those open to receiving—woven seamlessly into the journey for deep support and restoration.

This experience is designed to encourage deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner spaciousness.

No yoga experience needed. Mats and props are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own for added comfort.

Early Bird Crystal Shopping:
Arrive at 5:30 PM to browse a curated collection of crystals and energetic tools. Experience begins promptly at 6:00 PM.

Guided by Yoga teacher Roxanne Neri and Reiki Master Tiffany Jane Silfies of Mystica by Tiffany Jane.
